Mark Proulx, Amanda Standalone and the Pastry Shop Girls, Sarah Morrau, Morgan Ranstrom, Darrin Wentz, and Shape then Shift all will be performing either Friday or Saturday this weekend at Theatre B to help benefit The Rape and Abuse Crisis Center. Angel of the Muse’s Singer-Songwriter Showcase

The valley’s only organization that brings together musicians to share their music with those who are who are homeless, in nursing homes, or hospitalized has set up a showcase of their singer-songwriters to share with the community! Taking place downtown at The Spirit Room, Judy Rae, Sonja Holmgren, John Peterson, Paul Myrold, Jack Schauer, Scot Kelsh and Vic Pellerano will all be performing their own original music. This Minneapolis alternative, folk rock five-piece are masters of their art—they write beautiful songs and their instrumentation is tasteful and crafty. This show will be extra inviting in a close quarters space such as the Red Raven. For an extra bonus, there will be two local acts starting out the night—Morgan Ranstrom and Joci Matcha. Help support the fight for breast cancer and head out to the barn in Arthur, ND to party with Silverado on Friday night, January 13th at the infamous Johnson Barn in Arthur, ND. This is an all ages show and tickets are $8 at the door, and the fun begins at 9 p.m. 21+ attendees are able to BYOB and drink responsibly. There will be Cass County Officers present at this event to ensure safety. This event is being held to raise money for Breast Cancer, so don’t forget to wear pink!
