Custom Cruiser Contest
“ I want to ride my bicycle,
I want to ride my bike,
I want to ride my bicycle,
I want to ride it where I like”
-Queen
This is a call.
Calling all Choppers,
Low-riders, TALL BIKES,
Uni’s, bikes and Trikes.
Calling all other assorted
and oddly fantastical cycling crazed
chromed creations.
SHOW US your
old-school BMX, your
mid-school BMX and all the
other grades betwixt and beyond.
Show us that modified
clunker from BMXes good ol’
pre-school days.
Bring your custom-built
one-off crazy-amazings,
your art-bikes and parts bikes
and bizarro rarity rolling
Freedom Machines.
Lets see that vintage
Beach Cruiser from the earlier
day’s of yore. Sleek and stylish.
Show us your 50 year old
road bikes with those wacky
unpronounceable names.
SHOW US a Penny-Farthing!
(DAD-GUMMIT, bring your Pedal Car collection even)
Wake the kids, call your neighbors; call that psycho cyclist chopper shopper in another city, Province or state.
Tell them it’s time, time to bring that custom cruiser; those sweet and slightly sick choppers and twisted low-riders, Rat-rods and racers. get it out of the garage and on down here to Fargo for the Custom Cruiser Contest that’s taking place September 26th over yonder there in Oak Grove Park.,
Start’s in the wee hours of the morning at 10:00 am, with the judging and a big ride following at 1:00; hang out until 3:00 then you gotta skedaddle… go on now, GIT!
Or stay…it’s up to you I reckon,
It is a public park after all.
