John Prine with Kendel Carson

Wed. Sept. 16, 7 p.m.

Bluestem Amphitheater, 801 50th Ave SW, Moorhead, MN

Legendary folk and Americana songwriter John Prine makes a special outdoor appearance at Bluestem much to the delight of his fans in the region. Discovered by recent Bluestem visitor Kris Kristofferson, Prine is probably most widely revered for his song “In Spite Of Ourselves” a duet with Iris DeMent which highlights his unique voice in spectacular fashion. This should be a night to remember from a man who had a recent cancer scare that we are lucky to have still performing live. Tickets and info at http://jadepresents.com
