Patty and Nick Wagner make the best kuchen you’ll ever taste. Look for Wagner’s Wagon at the State Fair, Grand Forks Fair, Big Iron and the Big One craft fairs. Otherwise you’ll have to go out to Mercer, 50 miles north of Bismarck. Never mind, it’s worth it.
