To the Editor:
The Board of Education of Fargo Public Schools thanks all those who participated in the recent survey to rank the qualities and characteristics desired in the next superintendent. The results of the survey, along with the comments written by survey respondents, were reviewed and used to form the 11 qualities a candidate will need to possess in order to be qualified for the position. Through the survey, the community’s voice was heard and will be carried throughout the search process. For more information on the superintendent search, visit:
