Dead Wrong
To the Editor:
John, a short message. I think that your article by Neil Schloesser, about the Santa Lucia Restaurant, was way out of line. That young man needs some education and some sophistication. It’s one of the finest establishments, well, in the State of North Dakota, really.
I’ve spent 25 years in New York City, going out to New York from here, and I know what a good restaurant is, and I appreciate the Santa Lucia. He’s dead wrong. And he ought to apologize publicly to Maria Wilson.
I intend to patronize the place even more than I have in the past because of his article.
He’s way out of line. He missed it completely.
You ought to call that young man to heel. And tell him to get his stuff in order. No doubt he means well but he didn’t do well.
