Barb Lex, The Imitation of Christ

To the Editor:

Thank you for writing and publishing this pro-Christian article.

I do feel we must give former criminals a chance to change and grow into better people.

I agree if we don’t help them, they will turn back to crime. By committing crimes, they will get a place to stay and food to eat.

It would be cheaper for us taxpayers to help these men and women become responsible taxpaying citizens.

We must be like Christ in that He loved and cared for the unlovable.

If we invoke the name of Christ as our Savior, can we do any less than He did?
