Bicycle Bullies
To the Editor:
After reading Tom Bixby’s article “Da Blooz on Broadway” concerning
the silencing of a street musician, I could not help but wish our police
officers were as diligent about stopping the goddamned belligerent
bicycle bullies that keep barreling up and down the Broadway sidewalks.
That ordinance is still in effect, right? Why isn’t that being enforced?
