Sandra Miles: Unilateral Disarmament

To the Editor

How about allowing bikes on the east side of Broadway to use the sidewalk and walk their bikes? Then most of the pedestrians would walk on the opposite, west side of Broadway. That way bikers could get off the street if they chose to not ride in traffic.
