Outdoor Festival Guide 2008

Here is a listing of many of the outdoor music festivals in the region. There are blockbuster festivals and smaller ones, covering ND, SD, MN, WI, WY, and MT. Iowa has a lot of festivals, but I didn’t include them this year because it is uncertain how these festivals will fare after the major flooding all over the state.
