Members of the Midwest Harness Club and Red River Harness Club invite the public to take a step back in time to when sleighs were a popular form of transportation. The 2nd annual Sleigh & Cutter Festival features horses, ponies, mules and donkeys pulling sleighs, cutters and bobsleds. This year’s festival is expected to be bigger and better with a vendor boutique being included. The boutique will feature unique and repurposed vintage products.
