North Dakota Human Rights Coalition is hosting its sixth annual Human Rights Summit, with a theme titled “Human Rights: State of the State.” The event features round table discussions on advancing human rights issues in North Dakota. This year’s Arc of Justice awards will be presented to Karen Stoker, owner of Hotel Donaldson, and the Fargo Native American Commission.
