Ok, you had us at beer and cured meats… think pâté, terrine, salami, prosciutto, coppa, mortadella, 'nduja, and pancetta, just to name a few. Beer and dinner pairings selected by Chef Ryan Nitschke from Luna and Allison Slavik of Junkyard Brewing Co. Each person will get four tulips of beer paired with meats from Luna, plus crackers and snacks.
