Fargo’s latest grilled cheese bistro opens at Rosey’s on Roberts Alley. The artisan cheese and seafood market will be serving out grilled cheese sandwiches at their pop-up restaurant beginning Jan. 6, Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to close.
