This funny, earnest and hopeful play is a breath of fresh air heading into election season. Playwright Heidi Schreck paid for her college tuition by giving speeches about the Constitution as a teenager and this play introduces the audience to her younger self by bringing those speeches to life. The action onstage examines the Constitution as a document and details how it has shaped both U.S. history as well as four generations of women in Heidi’s own family. theatreb.org/current-season
