The production of “The Marriage of Figaro,” performed by students of North Dakota State University, is a classic example of romantic comedy…

A white Christmas in more ways than one

December 7th, 2016

As anyone who has lived in Fargo for any period of time knows, we are at precious little risk of not having the proverbial “White Christmas.” If anything, we have a surplus of the white fluffy stuff throughout the winter. Those times that that’s not the case are generally a fluke. So far, this year seems like one of those flukes.

Perhaps it’s only fitting, then, that the Fargo-Moorhead Community Theatre is putting on a stage adaptation of perennial holiday favorite “White…

No ordinary pig or spider: “Charlotte’s Web” on stage

November 9th, 2016

“You have been my friend. That in itself is a tremendous thing. I wove my webs for you because I liked you. After all, what's a life, anyway? We're born, we live a little while, we die. Heaven knows anyone's life can stand a little of that.” – Charlotte to Wilbur, “Charlotte’s Web”

A theatrical adaptation of the…
