Fargo Daughters of the Earth and Plains Art Museum are joining together to celebrate Native American Heritage Month. The festival will showcase Native American artists from the Dakotas, Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Printmaking Education and Research Studio presents a one-day workshop covering screen printing basics with demonstrations of techniques that help creative image building. The four-piece psychedelic rock band from Norman, Okla., released their first album, “The Birth,” on Warner Bros. Records in 2009. They’ve toured with Band of Horses, Tame Impala and The Flaming Lips, collaborating with the latter on a studio recording where they covered Pink Floyd’s “Dark Side of the Moon” in its’ entirety.
