For utterly original finds, head to the Fargo Junk Market. The spring incarnation of this recurring event (a favorite since 2012) features handmade, repurposed and upcycled treasures from artists, makers and pickers from all around the region. Score eye-catching art, handmade jewelry and cool clothing, plus intriguing junk, antiques, collectables and primitives. There are plenty of vintage treasures, thrifted finds and unusual accents, accessories and home decor, too. Third party resellers aren’t allowed, so everything for sale is hand-crafted or sourced by skilled vendors who know how to spot something special. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
