See who gets bragging rights to identify 2019's Top Bluegrass Band in the State. Free Admission. Concert by the winning group following the contest. Sponsored by the Bluegrass Association of North Dakota and the Valley City Eagles Club. This event is part of the Pitch Fork and Hoe Gathering being held Friday and Saturday, November 1 and 2 at the Valley City Eagles Club. The Gathering is a small farms trade show. Bluegrass music jamming and learning opportunities are also a part of the two days activities.
