The state’s only film festival to focus on human rights, civil rights and social justice returns to Fargo November 1-5. Events include filmmaker workshops at the Plains Art Museum, lunches and panel discussions at the Fargo Public Library, and film screenings and Q&A sessions with filmmakers at the Fargo Theatre. The festival moves to The Empire Art Center in Grand Forks November 8. An opening night reception for the North Dakota Human Rights Arts Festival will be held at The Art Center in Jamestown on November 10 from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
