Regional contestants will have the chance to demonstrate their slow-cooking skills and compete in four categories: BBQ’d ribs, pulled pork, chicken and brisket. Spectators will be given the chance to sample food and vote for the People’s Choice Award following a $3 donation to a local non-profit.
