“The Butterfly Effect” is a film made by independent filmmaker Deb Wallwork. The film is a documentary about hope, beauty, transformation, and resilience. It presents stories from artists, teachers, farmers, Native Americans, and wildlife ecologists, who are concerned about the dwindling population of the monarch butterfly. The documentary weaves personal narrative, experimental film, and animation with the personal stories of the people who are determined to change the world. So, come watch the film and participate in a discussion with the filmmaker afterward.
