It all started with a guy named Johnny Danger.
Jesse James said he had “barely made it out of high school” and had been DJing at a nightclub in his hometown of Madison, Wis. In walks Danger, a local celebrity radio personality, to do a broadcast. He and James hit it off that evening and became friends almost instantly.

On Tuesday the 28th, Fargo’s own Holiday Inn will be sponsoring a fundraiser for Homeward Animal Shelter’s spay/neuter fund. The first event of its kind, the Spay-ghetti and No Balls Lunch will have pasta with plain spaghetti sauce, salad, breadsticks, dessert, and refreshments.

With summer just around the corner, the winter doldrums are giving way to the joy of spring and that has left me feeling a little thankful.
I'm thankful my first winter back in the Fargo-Moorhead area in over 20 years was a mild one and that I missed the nasty winter they experienced in Maryland, where I used to live.
