The new time religion

That old time religion, filled with love, is no longer good enough

In the first “Inherit the Wind” movie about religion and evolution starring Spencer Tracy, Fredric March, and Gene Kelly, the theme hymn “Give me that old time religion” had these lines: “Give me that old time religion/It’s good enough for me/It was good for my mother/It was good for my father/ It was good for the Hebrew children/It will do when we are dying/It’s good enough for me.”

Donald Trump, president of half the country and CEO of all of it, is filled with hate and reminds us daily. He hates Democrats, hates me, hates progressives and hates liberals. His White House staff and cabinet hate me, and Fox News and his social media outlets hate me.

The national organizer of “Stop the Steal” campaign in 2021, Ali Alexander responded to the shooting death of his favorite fellow “Stop the Steal” activist, Charlie Kirk during a Telegram livestream: "I think 500,000 people need to be arrested, tried, and possibly killed if they're convicted for treason or something like that. I think America needs a penal colony. I do not want to coexist with these people."

The Supreme Court made it possible for Charlie Kirk, a high school student and “conservative” who co-founded Turning Point USA out of his parent’s garage at age 18, to accrue an estate valued at $12 million when he was killed at age 31. He owned three high-end homes: a $4.5 million estate near Phoenix in an exclusive suburb, a downtown Phoenix apartment, and a beachfront million-dollar condo on Florida’s Gulf Coast. By removing guard rails limiting campaign contributions at all levels of government the T Supreme Court has made free political speech obscenely expensive and created a corrupt national “casino” where “political entrepreneurs” can get rich by leasing, renting and buying social media and politicians at all levels of government. From a salary of $27,000 in 2016, Kirk zoomed to $407,000 in 2021. At last count, Turning Point USA had 500,000 donors contributing $500 million in 2025 — so far!

His total personal income and salary is unknown. In making millions from politics, Kirk also helped Trumplicans to create a new religion to replace Christianity. They replaced Christianity by refusing to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. The central statement of Christ is in the Gospel of Matthew 5:44: “But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.”

The new religion is based on the central statement: ‘You must hate your enemies.” The “Orange One” identifies enemies several times a day.

Let’s call the new religion “Hatewocracy”

The American members of Hatewocracy follow the central statements of the Taliban in Afghanistan, Islam in Asia and Europe, and Roman Catholicism around the world. The Taliban virtually confines women to their homes and requires male escorts for long distance travel. Islam controls women through Sharia laws. The Vatican bans women from the pulpit and leadership roles in church departments and committees. It also bans abortions and has labeled homosexuals as “intrinsically disordered.”

Kirk claimed abortion was murder. He insisted that if his ten-year-old daughter was raped he would force her to carry the child to term. The New York Review of Books’ September 25 issue carried a trenchant column by Linda Greenhouse titled “Abortion’s Long History” where she reviews the information from four books on abortion: “Pushback: The 2,500-Year Fight to

Thwart Women by Restricting Abortion” by Mary Frissell, “After Dobbs: How the Supreme Court Ended Roe but not Abortion” by Carole Joffe and David Cohen, “Personhood: The New Civil War Over Reproduction” by Mary Ziegler, and “Abortion and America’s Churches: A Religious History of Roe Vs. Wade” by Daniel K. Williams.

I have been reading Greenhouse for many years because she is the best analyzer of Supreme Court decisions in print. Ken Sims of Moorhead, are you reading? Greenhouse will teach you a lot about the history of abortion and why it’s absolutely necessary. You will learn Greek women thousands of years ago aborted fetuses by jumping up and down until they lost tissue and were bleeding. Greek and Egyptian women had about 100 roots and plants that would cause miscarriages and abortions. In 1748, Ben Franklin printed a self-help medical booklet with such information in at least 20 editions.

The Vatican men decided in 1869 they should stop recognizing that abortion was not a sin until the pregnant woman felt the “quickening” of the fetus between 16 and 20 weeks. It decided in 1930 to ban the use of contraceptives by Catholics. It wanted Catholics to use natural means, sometimes called Vatican Roulette for what can happen. Roman Catholic women had no say about their reproductive “methods.” They have abortions and use contraceptives at the same rate as Protestants. To raise a child to age 18 costs $311,000 today. Abortion is a matter of economics, not religion. Reminds me of when the Vatican required churches to have “Catholic” relics on altars and eighteen European churches claimed they had the foreskin of Jesus Christ in their relics box.

Commandments expanded by the Hatewocrats pope and bishops

Pope Trump seized the moment by proclaiming Charlie as the first martyr of the new religion.

“He is the martyr now for American freedom,” Trump told the crowd at Kirk’s memorial service. “I know I speak for everyone here today when I say that none of us will ever forget Charlie Kirk, and neither now will history.”

The chairman of the Hatewocrats, Superior Bishop Stephen Miller, exploded his neo-Nazi righteous fury. “You have no idea the dragon you have awakened,” said the White House deputy chief of staff. “You have no idea how determined we will be to save this civilization. To save the west, to save this republic.

Disinformation Bishop Tucker Carlson shouted that Kirk was a Hatewocrat evangelist who brought the Gospel of hate and subversion to the country. “Charlie was a political person…who was deeply interested in getting the right people in office because he knew that vast improvements are possible politically. But he also also knew that politics is not the final answer. It can’t answer the deepest questions.”

“Charlie was all Trump,” said Trump personal attendant Bishop Sergio Gor. “When the president had an idea, no matter how big it was, Charlie was always willing to make it happen.”

Bishop JD Vance said: “We know we wouldn’t be here without him.” So, now it is the Hatewocrats against the Democrats.

First, Hitler formed the Hitler Youth, then “captured” universities…

And third, killed Jews, the physically and mentally handicapped, homosexual, and many who did not have Aryan faces and blonde hair. He was creating the thousand year Third Reich that would make Germany white forever. It could be the Final Solution. The ultimate purpose of Project 2025 the one the Lyin’ King knew nothing about, is to make America great again (MAGA), make America healthy again (MAHA), and to make America white forever (MAWF).

Sound familiar? William L. Shirer wrote about Hitler’s Project 1933 in his remarkable history “The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich.” While Trump was busy suing universities, withholding funds approved by Congress, closing down Diversity, Equity, and Inclusive (DEI) programs and liberal arts programs emphasizing art, music, history, and humanities. Charlie Kirk was busy forming Turning Point USA in high schools so American Youth would learn the Hatewocratic Party’s political platform to make America white forever.

There are many headlines in the media that introduce Project 2025 projects that might Make America White Forever: “Fear and hopelessness: Study finds one in four professors leaving US South,” “How Authoritarians Target Universities,” “Crony Capitalism Has Reached a New Low,” “Now is not the time for universities to retreat from the humanities,” “Fascism and the Family,” “Trump’s Most Lethal Policy,” and “EPA tells scientists to stop publishing studies, employees say.”

A civilized society where everything is about “we” instead of “me” requires “a very broad range of subjects, from the sciences to the arts and humanities, with the latter playing an indispensable role,” wrote Robert Maynard Hutchins in 1950 when he was president of the University of Chicago, one of our most effective universities.

“Humanities indeed matter,” said Michael J. Sosulski, PhD, president of Lake Forest College. “And they will continue to matter as humans struggle to be truly free. As some institutions sadly pause, let us prove — boldly and unapologetically — that the study of what it means to be human is indispensable.”

And to be human, one must have empathy. Empathy is the ability to identify with and understand another person’s feelings or difficulties. Elon Musk said there is too much empathy in Western civilizations. He demonstrates this by saying his transgender daughter is dead. She did reject him as a father when he wouldn’t accept her.

Trump has just demonstrated how bonkers he is by hanging a picture of an autopen instead of Biden’s picture among presidential pictures. This incident proves he is unfit mentally to organize a two-car parade.
