Amid the hubbub of University Drive North sits an unassuming building that not long ago was an auto service station. The interior is still reminiscent of the business past. The white tiles on the wall are the same as the ones that adorned the walls of my grandfather’s service station. It’s ripe with personal nostalgia and I loved it right away because of this. A farmer’s day is governed by the sun. Work starts on our farm as soon as we can see and continues until we can’t. That makes for long days during the growing season. Our days are filled with caring for our livestock, moving fences for our rotational grazing systems, and tending our gardens.
As we lose daylight in the fall, the sun sets on our farm work. Many tasks are completed in preparation for the winter that is soon to be upon us.

Brand new and satisfying in so many ways
I ventured into Tru Blu on Sunday at noon. As soon as I entered I was immediately astonished by the interior. It’s gorgeous! The Fargo food truck park has been launched in downtown Fargo. The park is a collaboration between Kilbourne Group and Folkways. The Kilbourne Group provided space for the trucks in the same space, the former Schumacher Goodyear parking lot, starting in 2016.

On Wednesday July 19, Luna had their first and very solid convergence with Junkyard Brewing. The beer dinner was comprised of five killer Luna courses with five stellar Junkyard beers.
