Fargo’s Rage Against the Machine tribute act is back as local acts o’fosho and D Mills join forces for a night full of classic ’90s rap metal. Minot hip-hop group Cold Sweat will open the show along with DJ DTF420 spinning classics from Prince. Tickets can be purchased in advance for $10 at Orange Records.

​Parallel Galleries Grand Opening/Artist Reception

The area’s newest gallery is hosting a grand opening with their first exhibition, Purple Rain: A Space Oddity. The art show will feature works from local artists and is inspired by music legends Prince and David Bowie, who both died this year. The gallery was opened by artists M. Koskela and Sophia Koskela. The exhibit itself runs from May 1 to May 30.

Comeback Kid

For the first time in over four years, Canadian hardcore band Comeback Kid will return to Fargo. The band formed in 2000 and released their debut LP three years later. Since then, they’ve released four more albums and one live release. This early show also features opening acts Exalt, Baltic to Boardwalk, Swing Low and Crab Legs.

Michigan burlesque troupe will be returning to Fargo and bringing with them the sort of weirdness they’ve been building on over the last decade.
